omg I new it

I new Lora would once again pick the pass group over me. Sure I did not think I could keep up with her in a marathon because well look at her. She can really shake that money maker. I will stay with the marathon since well I need more marathons. I really like to do the half on monday or the half with Alpine but with m knee causing issues I rather heal and then do Milwaukee and then Chicago. For me its about the thrill of the marahton. I love to run with Lora and John at Chicago half and I would even try to be goofy for them but unless I do not think I can make milwuakee I will not do chicago half. Plus I am boycotting it because it took away Lora and Reen from me. Without Lora there reen never comes out either. :(.

I took thursday night off and I may swim tomorrow nigt. I would have done that tonight but I left my suit at home. So tired and my headhurts. I am going through alot of changes in my life Ithis is apart of it.

This is weird. I feel funny like ha ha funny. Is it possible to have a White Castle high? Maybe I took too much Ibuprofen like 5 hours ago. Something is weird.

Also though this weekend I am being a good boy. I volenteered to help out at the Runner's high half marathon. I figured I go and watch people run anyways I might as well help out and get some stuff out of it. yeah helping. I may try to walk 16 miles this weekend. I can not run but I seem to have no problem walking and since like always I assume Lora is going to do 20.

You know its only like 5 weeks until I get to run with Lora again and yet it seems like it been forever. 12 weeks is way too long to train for a half marathon. Remind me never ever to do that. With my goals for next year I should be doing over a half marathon every weekend. I do not even know what Haight or Reen or even Lora looks like. I bet they do not even know what I look like anymore.

I can not wait to see Reen and Haight again. Haight better show up too. :). Its been too long. I ahve not seen Reen since I last saw Lora.

As a kid that phrase would always scare me and still scares me to this date. I guess I feel like something bad is going to happen. Just also scares me when I come home and my parents are sitting quitely on the couch together and then say we need to talk. I always expect I will homeless when they are done.

Well turns out my oldest sister is coming home to live. She is all excited that she might be able to move to Russia by Januarary. Either that or she will try to leave her job. They basicly replaced her a few months ago because she told them she will give them 2 months notice before she leaves. Needless to say I do not think she will be able to go. Real problem is there is no room for her in our house. She can be quite bossy and a control freak. Plus it means I have to move out of my room temperarory so my dad can redo the floor quick before she moves back in. This means I have to move everything out of it. Also I can not use that room as a store room. My Dad is talking garage sale time. I agree we should have one. Yes she will be trying to drive me out because I have the bigger room.

Lora was so sweet in her responce to my last blog but then I realised Lora is not sweet not the Lora I know and love. She is a slave driver that pushes you forward like some sort of slave driver.

Last night I dreamt of Lora and Reen. In my dream we 3 went to the movies. We saw some animated flick made for kids and enjoyable for adults. Also dreamted I woke up at 2 pm and missed work. I felt so bad.

yesterday work out what you really want to know about. .5 miles swim in 28 mins + I did 12 bonus lengths of the pool so I did a total of .67 miles. I need to get it up to .9 miles with a 34 mins swim. I did the total distance in about 40 mins. Let me tell you I wanted to do more but my arms were so tired. I still do not have good form but I been practcing. I also did 5.5 miles in 60 mins on the Elipical machine. It did really bad things to my knee but I took drugs and iced it and today its feel alot better and I mean alot. I think the instant ice after my works out really helpes it out alot. Tonight its about 13 miles on the bike. Its a nice and sweet group ride.

Ice Age 50 miler

Sometimes titles say it all. First of all Haight is correct if there was a finisher medal for hopscotch I would be so there. :)

Looks like my new goal is Ice Age 50 miler. I am concerned about it being in may and not enough time to train but I think I will make it. Training will actually be easier this winter than last winter. Wait you may be asking how? why? who? hippo? Wait what was that? yep you guessed it hippo is the key. hot indoor practice pool operating or hippo. :). ok I making that up. Lora is concerned how can I train for a 50 miler and try to get super fast. Well my sweetheart crazy Juli A told me exactly how to do it. God I love that woman. I really feel she may be the perfect woman. The game plan is simple even a 5 year old can do it. first lose 40 lbs. ok the 5 year old would be dead after step 1. now while losing 40 lbs do 3 marathons and 1 ultra. December 10th after Las Vegas the key is to run as many 12 - 14 milers you can outside. Then when you are too cold switch to the (bike trainer/ biking) with clipless pedals and/or swim. This will increase cardio and really work well to prevent injury. also though while losing weight and gettting in those marahtons save money. Lots of them. going to need it for the $4,500 custome tri bike. ok maybe not that hardcore. but atleast a decent road bike with good aerobars. So after the 50 miler recovery in the pool only for atleast a week or 2. This will help loosen the body and prevent injury. Then after that work on speed with the endurance. really get my running speed up. remember tri is endurance sport and after running 50 miles and being total of 80 lbs lighter from the sno fun run I should be getting pretty fast there. Juli A is more than happy to help me out to train. I may have found my new Lora. Little younger, little blonder, and has legs that will just not quit. ok maybe I have not found a new Lora but she is more than happy to really help me out. What a sweetheart. So that is the plan. swim/bike/run and run 50 miles. Plus by running that 50 miles I may get to see a girl I liked a long time ago. Only concern is the 12 hour cutoff. so basicly I have to do 2 marathons back to back and in 6 hours. Once again alot of cross training is not only helpful but needed to prevent over use injuries.

My goal.

yesterday work out was pretty decent. swam .5 miles + 100 meters. I did the first .5 miles in 30 mins so I am getting faster. Now I just need to get up to .9 miles. I will get to why in a second. After that I went on the ellicpicatal machine for 2.5 miles at about 11 min pace so that was decent but not decent enough. explain in a minute.

now what do I need to explain? simple I have 2 race goals for next year. They are simple and sweet but maybe they will work against each other but maybe not.

start with the biggest goal. 50 miler. I am sick of being that near 300 lbs 50ker. I want people to talk about distance to do 50 miles and not 50 ks. miles > ks. Now that is a good goal especially if I can drop 20 or so more lbs this year. The trianing for the 50 will help with the rest.

Goal number 2: Olympic distance Triathlon in about 2:58:00. This is my goal for the chicago triathlon. This time will give me 1st place in the 30-39/250+ division. I doubt I will get into the 225 - 249 division by next year but you never know. If I am close I will try to gain some quick weight to make sure I make it. I am going to go for an AG award. That will porbbaly be harder to do that the 50 miler but not as impressive.

Goal 3: if I still weight 250+ in june and they still have 250+ at steamboat in peoria I would like to win that 15k. That would be pretty sweet.

Goal 4: by end of next year to be about 230 lbs. actual weight will be decided when I get there. no point in deciding now.

I do think my olympic training will help aout of with 50 miler since if I train at the equlvelent of 40 miles - 50 miles a week running for many weeks I should be in good enough shape. Triathloning in an insteresting sport because its the only sport were training beyond the race distance is practical except for maybe the iron man distance. I think if you are going to do an iron man maybe you should ride 100 miles after you do a marathon. or atleast 50. :).

Ok I am scared of the bike. Bike hurts me and no matter what I do I can not hurt it. It mocks me, laughs at me.

Satudayday. Well I walked alot. my knee is good good enough yet to run so I walked. Last few week before marathon I am really going to struggle. Good news is that my knee only feel bad and does not hurt well going up or down stairs. You know in life its alway the little things. I walked about 11 miles. 6 saturday morning and 5 in the afternoon. I did my walking down town. That was pretty cool. I went to the Everybody loves you when your tri expo. It was funny seeing the Running Unlimited people there. They had a big area too. I saw a custom bike builder who will build my custom tri bike for only $4500. I am like Sold :). I am a big time working man now I can spend more on a bike that I am scared of then my car. I got a couple of autographs from pros and a semi pro even remembered who I was. Maybe it was because 1 week early I asked her a stupid question. Well I think she was being silly about it. If you are going to probably win the race and get paid why carry a spare because if the tire goes you lost. At that kind of level finishing is not that big of a deal. Does Evans Ruto go hey I finished the chicago marathon or does he go hey I won the chicago marathon? I doubt if he ever brags about finishing it.

Sunday. Well I decided to bike a long ride. I biked 16 miles on this nice bike trail. I would have done more but I am scared of the clipless pedals and the road the path when over was out and
I did not feel like going around. I would have walked my bike because like I said I am scared of sharp turns and clipless pedals now. I fell do to a sharp turn. knowing that Lora is out there doing back to back 20 milers or atleast that is what I have in the back of my head everyday I knew I needed to do more. I then swam .5 miles in about 33 mins. I am definetely getting faster. Then I went on the Elicalle machine for a 5k finishing a sort of spirit triathlon for the day. IT still not the same as Lora's 20 miles for the day but I will train even harder today since I am sure Lora is doing 20 miles.

Funny. I am looking to dump my aol account finally. I had it so long its like my life line to old friends. its gotten to the point though that when it goes I will not lose anyone too important to me. Even dumping aim might be a nice thing to do since having so many online chat windows comes hard. So I looked at some saved email I got from my ex Stephanie 1 year ago. It was amasing all the stuff we talked about and even who in the running club we talked about. Those were the days when it was all about one girl and one girl only. Do you know who she is? any guesses? I doubt you will get it right. Maybe you would since I still think she is somekind of wonderful but I just do not know our relationship is weird. for a couple of days we emailed each other like every 5 minutes but she will not talk to me too much at bagels. I really do not get it. Kinda like I do not like you but I think your a great guy Syndrome.

The big news is I missed the beer run. :(. I missed beer and cool people and for what? well hung with Pat harmon and Stephanie. Stephanie is cool but talk about someone who just avoids me like the plague. Oh well. She is cute but she is not worth killing myself about. Since I missed the run I biked alone which I put myself in a position I needed to make a sharp turn around and well you guessed it. I lost my failling virginity. Man falling really hurts. I am worried I broke something. I can not grab things with my left hand because it hurts so much. Lucky I did not fall on the elbow but I fell just on front of it. Lets just say my 2 day of long bike riding might be out of the question now since well I am bike shy. Riding after the fall was one of the hardest things for me to do. Good thing I did not buy that new bike I was looking at.

Sometimes in life you just have to let things go.

Sometimes in life you have to just let things go. I am realizing that this morning as I think about tri'ing in sept 9th. Well its going to be a tough course. Bob things I could do an Oly by then since well spirit distance is almost an Oly already. difference is .4 miles swimming 8 miles biking and 3.1 miles running. Then again the lake is going to be cold and I have no wet suit. The course is going to be hilly and I have a heavy hybrid. Maybe my knee will not be better for the run and I will reinjury it. It has gotten alot better but I am worried about saturday if I should push it or not. I can always cycle but 2 days of biking might not be so fun. I need to find some place by my house I can bike safely ie few stops. I do not know I will figure something out. Maybe I should follow Juli's idea and run on the trails by my house. They are only 3 miles so its not very good for bike riding but perfect for running. I will have to think about that also. less pounding is less pounding.

Talked to Juli about Mcnaughton. She told me they give you 36 hours to finish it because you need 36 hours to finish the 50 miles. You need to practice downhills. Most of the time you have to grab onto trees to help you go down because downhills are so steep. Plus you have to run through water so you need several shoes because otherwise its blister city. Plus she mentioned that I would need to do a 37 miler about 3 weeks out if I wanted to try it. Maybe I will have to let this race go and just let Lora do it on her own. Not that she asked me to go with her but I worry she is thinking too big too fast too soon. Then again I am already figuring for a Half Iron Man next year.

I beat 1 person in my age group in the swim. yeah me. I was last overall in my age group by awhile but its ok. I can not beleive I swam so fast.

It was a .4660 mile swim. 12.4274 mile bike, 3.1068 mile run.


I swam .82599 mph, 14.6607 mph, 4.806 mph or 12.48 min/ mile.

now on my first one my run I had a bad achilles pain so I jsut walked.

Still the gains on each one is alot. Funny though I spent more time in transition this time than I did last time. go figure. I did wear a biking shirt and that took time but I think it helped on the bike course alot. I was not as tired from teh swim either which also helped. I also had a helmat problem so that also took time. oh well. t1 and t2 are not so fast I guess but I am getting better. in t2 soeone had a bike in the way so it was hard to get to my stuff.

It is interesting looking at my time today vs Lora's time. our runs and bike were about the same even though I have a very slow bike. She jsut kicked my butt on the swim. hmm soon as I can figure out the swim and get a road bike I think I can take her. though she does not race tris anymore. heck not sure if she even rides the bike so much anymore.

Today was spirit triathlon take 2. As they say in major league baseball 2 up 2 down. Unofficial time was 2:14. still slow but getting better. I know if I had a road bike I would have had a sub 2 hours I am sure. 1:04:00 off my spirit pr is good. thogh the disntanecs were not the same. swim was close. bike was like 2.5 miles less. That is a good 12 mins right there. More details latter.

I am having knee problems. I will be ok it was something I got from nike and hopely will go away by saturday. It was getting better and today's race hurt it again though. I saw Julie B's ex there watching. It was weird.

I saw alot of my new friends from www.beginnertriathlete.com. They were a blast and I like them. I hope they liked me. One of them works for runchicago the people who sued Beth. It was funny.

here is the deal.

"let's make a deal" - monty hall

ok. my running club Alpine runners are having their Alpine races on Semptember 10. Last year I came in second in my division for the Half Marathon. Now that I been a member for 1 year I should help out. It is the club's race and they need help and many in the club help out. Espcially the fairly active ones. Now I barely came out this summer to run but that is because I been racing alot this year. Racing masks my pain. Now this race has very good weight division. highest being 225+. This year the half marathon is a cara circuit race. Now chances are if 5 or 6 people race at the D division I do not have a shot. 5 people last year did run the 10k which was a cara circuit race also. I have been getting faster and apart of me wants to see if I can also pull off a 2:30:00 half marathon. Also only 4 open cylesdale but 11 masters who were at the CDC. Chance are between 5 - 10 people will run the half. How another option I have is to run the 5K. What me run a 5K? if everyone is running the Half Marathon then running the 5K would actually cause me to win there. Even so do I pass up my only shot to win a division award this year? I had one set up in Peoria but I got hurt and was unable to run. Should I be a good club member and help out or do I go for my own personal glory? Considering as of today I am a 294 lbs runner. that is right I am dropping even more weight. Its my only shot if I ever even want to think about running with Lora again.

I weigh 294 now. Its the lowest I have weighed a long long time. In fact I start marathoning 2 years ago at 295 and then went to 325. I now lost 30 pounds since Sno fun run. Mary really inspired me.

what did I miss at ice age? stupid college graduation so I could not be there. If I was not hurt I so should have ran ice age and missed my graduate from graduate school. Ultra > master's degree. hmm I guess its jsut some triangle now with Lora, Beth and Kathy. hmm I need more info.

Last night's dream. I just figured out why my dream last night was so realistic. Basicly in my dream there was a beautiful jewish woman in the running club. We were at a party and one thing leds to another and we start making out. It was absolutely increadible. a real dream come true. It was one of those dreams that when you wake up you are like wow I was only dreaming that. We all know the name of this Jewish woman. Her name was נטלי פורטמן. Nothing like writing it in hebrew. yeah always had a thing for this girl. So sweet so beautiful. Then again who does not like Natalie Portman.

2 run or not 2 run that is the question

I walked last night as part of my Ultra Marathon recovery. I did not want to push myself so shannon and I walked 4 miles. I am not in bad shape my top of my feet hurts and I have 2 tendons that seems to be tight and sore at the bottem of my legs. Today I cross train. I am going to try out my new tri shorts. you know the ones where everyone loves you when you tri shorts. Tomorrow night is the Nike run hit wonder which I signed up to do so friday I will be tired.

Shannon made me realise something big yesterday and that is I turned down a good paying job with a company so I can run with Lora and as soon as the other job has passed then Lora leaves me. Interesting she begs and begs for me not to move and I give in and yet she does not even think twice in leaving me, and she left me for some girl as Kathy pointed out to me. Interesting very interesting. let the rumors start.

It sucks that my tri is on sunday as well as the predictor race. Looks like I will either miss it or get there kinda late. Then again its at 9:30 so maybe I can atleast say hi to people after my race. I heard that is a really good tri. I ahve to be there by like 5:30 though which kinda sucks. 1 thing that sucks about tris is having to get up so darn early. looking into maybe a hotel in that area and save myself some time. 1 more hour sleep would be nice but then again is 1 hour asleep worth $50 or more? the gas coming home is not cheap either.

The real question is Alpine Races. Now for many its easy. go and volunteer and have fun. My issue is that it is one of the few that have full Cylesdale awards. Last year the CARA circuit race had only 5 people in it total in the 10k and 2 people in the half marathon. this year they have a 5k and a Half Marathon. So I have a potential to finish well in both in theory. Also taken about 10 mins off my half marathon time. I would have to run against people like Ron Lawson though.
2004 they seem to have a 10k and they had 10 cylesdale ds. but they had no Cylesdale for the 5k then either. not sure what to do. if I had a shot of placing I think I should do it but not sure if
I do. Also not sure if its the right thing for me to do since I am in the club for a whole year.

I was beating Beth for like 6 or 7 laps. We were together for awhile but she waiting to keep running she was running slow but with about 20 miles and the heat I could not maintain a 12:30 pace. That might even been the avg pace. She was not aloud to run by doctor.

Julie B is hurt and I am proud of her for getting her Ultra in. She been having alot of problem with her feet since her 100k.

Beth, Jack, and Ron were not too far off from me. in fact Beth only avg 30 seconds per mile faster than me. Ron is a super fast runner and being only 2.8 miles behind him makes me really happy.

I avged 15.95 min miles. Its a little slower than I wanted to do. I wanted to do 15.48. so I was only 30 secs off my pace I wanted. My fast mile was mile 3 and was 14:11 pace. my avg heart rate was 145 which is good. after 16 miles it was over 150 for each mile so that really took its toll. Mile 18 it went to 163 avg. I think that was when I was either with Juli A or Beth. What can I say they make my heart race. My fast pace was 9:40 but no idea how long that lasted.

It was tought and hard but I did over 30 which is alot better than I thought at the start of the race. So sore today though and tired, but not as much after my trail marathon.

Good News. turns out my goal was 29 so I bet My Goal by 1.11 miles. Yeah me.

I came, I run, I howled

Howl at the moon came and went.

Well 294 was back up forever. took us forever to get down there plus I forgot my chair so I had to sit on the ground after the race. Opps. Friday night we got there at about 6:30 to get our stuff and after we got our packets and got sit up we travelled a ways into danville to get something to eat which was probably a mistake. We did not get back into the forest preserve until 9:30. Then it was hard to sleep because a couple near our tents were having sex. Funny its late at night right before an ultra and your like hey lets have sex. I did check and it was not juli and valde.

Satuday monring it was cold. about 60 degree at the start of the race which was nice, but quickly it got hotter and hotter. It ended somewhere in the mid 80s but I have no idea forsure. I sweated alot. I would drink about 30 oz of water/gatorade/soda most of it was water. My water bottle was nice but camel bak that late in the day would have been better since I was drinking more than 1 water bottle. Either that or a need a double water bottle.

I did not reach my goal of 31 miles, but I did come close with 30.12 or so miles. Juli was number alpine and got 3rd in her age group. I think all but 2 apliners got an age group award. I needed to get in about 7 more miles to get one or so. They gave out alot awards like Lerry got 20th place. crazy.

having to pack your tent and what not after an ultra is not fun at all. lucky for me Juli and Vadle gave me a couple of hours to recover. I am glad I did not try to be goffy this weekend at the cdc. I wanted to do that one but I am just too sore. I would be reinjured for sure and just to finish a half marathon its not worth it.

Nothing like a 3 day week. I saw like my oldest friend last night. Not age wise but we been friends 1994. I have not seen in awhile. She does not live far from my work now about 20 minutes. We had an awesome time. I learnt a few things about her I did not know.

Last night I swam for only 30 mins but the good news is I did about 3/4 of .5 miles. my next tri should be alot better which is in little over 1 week. I am also "racing" on thursday night with the nike run hit wonder. It starts though at 9:00. helps give me time to get down there but means a late night. My tri being on a Sunday I can still run even if its only 4 - 6 miles on saturday with John and Kim. I would have tried to make Kim the new Lora but I am just never there anymore. In the last 5 weeks I only ran 1 time with the group, and that weekend Kim was not there. I have not ran with Kim since Lora was there. That will change soon. Maybe I will not do the Lake Geneva tri. Its a long spirit and fits but its not the best time either. The only good about it that I can race the weekend of the Alpine Races and still help out at the race since I should. I doubt I will get 2nd in my weight class this year. I am faster but I need to get alot faster. Even thinking if I should take a year off distance next year to work on speed. Not sure.

There can be no morning after

Well its wenesday. I got through tuesday even though I was beyond exhausted. I had monday as a rest day but it was not good enough. I also did not have time to swim on monday since I got up so late and my sisters were coming home for the night. I had alot 6 cups of coffee, 1 coke, and 2 candy bars. I was also yelled at by a 3:30:00 marathoner for run/walking. resting up and getting ready for for my ultra on saturday.

I also signed up for my next tri which is 1 week after my ultra. Its on a sunday which is cool and they have really cool stuff they give to people who sign up. Well first 1500 people. very excited about it.

Today I plan on swimming even though my sholders are so sore.


Lucky for me my scale did not go up after this weekend. I ate nothing but taco bell, mcdonalds, arby's and drank alot of beer.

Satuday night Lora proved to me she has an awesome singing voice. She even helped me get a kiss from one girl I really wanted one from. Thanks Lora. I guess you are not dead to me after all.

Lollapalooza



Lollapalooza is fun. I had a great time at Day 1, and I skipped day 2. Sonic Youth was there on saturday as well as the Dresden Dolls. I wanted to see both of them but I was tired and decided not to go. If I wanted to go to John's party I would have left halfway through Dresden Dolls. Tomorrow I will see alot of good bands like Blues Travellers, Red Hot Chili peppers, and Matisyahu. I did not run this morning because I did not get to sleep until 2 am. I did alot of walking and I ran from grant park to most of the train station so that was quite a distance espcially since I was on the south side of grant park.

Thursday night I biked. We biked about 12 miles and did it in 13.5 mph avg speed. I am excited about this because I normally nike around 12 miles per hour. I have a Hybrid bike, and it weight 30.5 lbs. Its a heavy bike so no wonder I am slow. I am amased that I was able to do 50 miles with Lora earlier in the year. I also did not have clipless peddles then.

I also bought tri shorts. I think my next couple of tris will be alot better. I will save alot of time in transition because that is where I lost so much time.

Ah good times.

Last night was fun. I got to see Haight again which is always a pleasure. I got to see so many of my favorite people. No Juli A but she did run with my for 5 miles so that is amasing also. She is so sweet. She will be the first to hear Marathon. The new hit song by me.

I walked/ran 5 miles yesterday. I was so dehydrated. I drank over 1/2 gallon of water and about 30 oz of gatorade right after that run. I was feeling so sick beciuase I drank so much. I am in trouble for howl at the moon but I have to stay focus and get my medal since its all about the medal. Plus I get a free pr this weekend for an 8 hour race.

John invited me to his party so I feel good about that. It was one thing that was making me depressed thought he did not love me anymore.

I had friend show my pysic friend pics from last night. He was making some interesting commits about people there. He is still needs practice but he seemed to be really on about things. He really like KAthy. So do I she is awesome. She was my first alpine runner crush. maybe because she is always the biggest sweetheart around. He says she has very good energy.

Other interesting thing is he said my running coach was prety unique since he was very balance in both the male and female enengy and I am well he does put the chi in chi running. :).

ITs true my blog may be very slated towards Lora but that is because she is my #1 fan on reading it and well you give the fans what they want. If more than 3 people read it I would probably right things differently. plus I like giving her a hard time. You also get attached to people you run with and I ran with her more than anymore else. escailly in a time where I had no one else there she was there for me. I will never forget that. honestly during the marathon training program I had a crush on a girl and it was not Lora. I might reveal it on my next long run. Sorry Lora but I think your just going to miss who it is. :). I am mean I know. I just missed her. Plus if Lora would ever come back then maybe Reen would come back also and that also excited me alot. Reen is so much fun.

Swim baby Swim

Hmm. what no running updates? not 1? ok if I waited until tonight I would have one but for now its all about the swim. that is right. 2 days 1 miles. kinda fun. LAst night I joined LifeTime fitness. I saw there triathlon and figured I should join that. Well in order to do a tri you need to swim. I still can not beleive they actually make you swim. Kinda like the Bike. I am surprised you do that also. I guess I really want a run with transistion. That is kinda fun. Actually chicago 50/50 is kinda like that. 3 loop course and you run past your stuff twice. Its kinda like t1 and t2. See Ultras are like triathlions.

.5 miles a day for last 2 days. I think it took me about 45 mins for .5 miles each day. I am getting faster. This morning though was tough./ I ahd to be up by like 5:15 so I can get on the road by 5:30 - 5:45. so I could swim by liked 6:30 and get to work by 7:30. Well I made it today but not tomorrow not if Lora is going to be in town. be nice to say hi to her jsut once.

I tried to bike and stationary bikes and run on the treadmills are just not for me. I will do those at night at home.
