My day with Lora

what a great day. Lora was great and bagels was great. I had a great run 7.74 miles.

What a difference 1 week and of course Lora makes

I only burtn 350 cals more this week and most came from body fat last week. For my 7 mile running I actually did 7 mile 4 mins than my 6 miles from last week. That is huge. Also my avg heart rare being 164. Now might not help for weightlose but does help for my edurance and with my 50k coming up this is great. I am out getting into better shape.

My weekly work outs have been great. Today was great since we really had to work to keep ourselves slow. I am surprised since I been stuggling. I started struggling 6 and picked up at 7 but we had a few walking breaks. We still were not that far off. We on on target thought 6 miles and only 1 min behind after 7 miles. I got kinda hurt and that is another reason for the slow down. My back behind the knee was tight and really hurt. I did not want to hurt myself.

Its ok reen. Your still the best. I know Lora and I can not wait to see you carry your own tray. Before you know it you will be able to join Pat Onines. Yes the Pat Onines
