If you only use the words "only" and "10k" in that order

I love that ad. Its so me. yeah I always use the words only and 10k in that order. What it does not say before those words I always say "I will not run it because its". hehehe. I kept that ad nice and flat until this week. oh well.

2 weeks until a 50k I am so excited.
